Your dog, home away from home
Service Description
For a half-day or a full day, your dog is welcomed into our workspace: water available at all times, and regular outings for full-day stays. We limit the space to one or two dogs at a time, so we can stay calm and attentive. By appointment only, subject to availability and compatibility with any dogs already present.
Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is reserved for you and your dog. A last-minute cancellation or a no-show prevents us from welcoming another client in that slot. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance — a simple message is enough. Prices shown are starting rates. They may be adjusted at check-in based on your dog's coat type, overall condition, and temperament. You will be informed of any adjustment before the session begins. Please inform us of any health issues, ongoing veterinary treatment, or allergies before the session. We accept no liability for information not disclosed to us. For puppies and dogs visiting for the first time, we recommend starting with a Welcome session to assess the animal's temperament. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Beyond 15 minutes, the session may be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day's schedule. We reserve the right to refuse or stop any service if the animal's wellbeing or safety requires it.
